Did you know if you are a parent, family member or carer and you are registered at the same GP Practice, you are able to obtain Proxy Access to book, check or cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions & view health records.

You’ll need to provide identification to your surgery. This is so they can confirm who you are and check it’s appropriate for you to act for the other person.
